Shipping Policy

General 

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. All products will be delivered to the customers within 15 Working days.

We try our best to minimize the cost of the goods to our customers. 

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free within India via one of the affiliated couriers.

International shipping

For Shipping outside India Shipping charges, Insurance and Custom Duties and any other surcharges of the state is payable by customer only. Shipping charges and Insurance shall be added in the price during check out.Most of the countries either charge a very nominal or no duty goods for personal use. 

By registered the transit time is 15 days for North America, Europe and Australia. Other parts of the world takes 30-45 days depending on the location.


We will try our best to combine shipping charges on multiple items purchased as long as all items can be shipped in one box. The larger the quantity you order the combined shipping discount will be better.  



The charges mentioned below for international orders is only for weight up to 500 grams.

Exchange and Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with our delivered product on conditions such as faulty,damaged ,wrong items received you could return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange on the full Invoice value in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange with prior intimations and reasons. Also customers has to fill the Returns form within 12 hrs of product received.You can return any of our products except for ones that have been customized for you. The exchange of jewelry requires that the original cash memo/invoice. Jewelry for exchange will only be accepted after due examination for defects, weights, originality. We shall not entertain any returns request beyond 12 hours.


Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by Company staff. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount (minus the transaction fee of our payment gateway) will be reversed back in your Card Account or will be paid through cheque.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (minus the transaction fee of our payment gateway). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
